The cluster formed to carry the business as service providers, manufactures, buyers, seller, exporters importers and dealers of automobile and engineering works and allied products by setting up CFC of micro and small units in automobile service and engineering works sector. The cluster members are involved providing automotive services, Vehicle Body Denting and General Engineering work, Metal Fabrication Work, Minor Automotive Components developing, EV Vehicle repair, EV Vehicle assembling and Body building.

It has formed a consortium of 66 micro-units and established a Special Purpose Vehicle to carry out its operations. The process begins when customers bring their vehicles to Unit1, where our expert technicians interact with them to understand their repair or servicing needs. The vehicles are then transferred to Unit2, where our skilled team performs dismantling and conducts a thorough diagnosis. This step allows us to identify any issues and develop a precise plan for repair.
To ensure the optimal condition of the engine/automobile, we then move to the Common Facility Center (CFC). Here, our state-of-the-art facilities and specialized equipment come into play. The CFC is equipped to handle various tasks, including degreasing to remove dirt and contaminants, crack detection to identify hidden cracks in critical components, and parts replacement as necessary. For minor repairs and tinkering work that do not require heavy intervention, our dedicated professionals at Unit1 step in. They address specific issues, ensuring that even the smallest details are taken care of to restore the vehicle's performance. When it comes to more extensive repairs, intricate machining, or heavy vehicle wheel alignment, our highly skilled technicians at the CFC take charge.
